What SS Cosiness is

A family meal-planning and organising service provided by [YOUR TRADING NAME], London, UK. It suggests menus, writes shopping lists and reads letters into calendar items. It is not a medical, dietary or nutritional service and gives no diagnoses or treatment. Allergy information is used to leave ingredients out of recipes, but you remain responsible for checking every label and every plate.

Your subscription

Standard is £5.99 a month or £59 a year; Plus is £12.99 a month or £129 a year. Each plan covers one household, billed by Stripe. New families start with a 14-day free trial with lighter limits: your card is taken at sign-up, nothing is charged before day 15, we email you before the trial ends, and if you cancel during the trial you pay nothing. Founding families keep the price they joined at for as long as their subscription stays active. You can cancel at any time from Family → Manage subscription; access continues until the end of the paid period. As a consumer in the UK you have 14 days from purchase to cancel for a full refund; after that, payments for the current period are not refunded except where the service was unavailable for a long time.

Prices and changes

We will tell you by email at least 30 days before any price change, and it will apply from your next renewal.

Your account

The account holder must be 18 or over. Keep your sign-in email secure. You are responsible for the details you enter about your family and for the letters you upload.

What we promise and what we don't

We work hard to keep the service running and the suggestions sensible, but menus, lists and calendar items are generated with AI and can contain mistakes. Check dates against the original letter and check ingredients before cooking. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

Ending the service

If we ever close SS Cosiness, we will give at least 60 days' notice and a way to export your data.
